1. Christmas Orders
To receive your gift boxes in time for Christmas, please place orders by December 15, 2009.
2. Delivery Times
Please allow a minimum of ten days from date of order to delivery, unless package is delivered via UPS 2nd Day Air.
3. Post Office Box Deliveries
Kessler's Inc. cannot take responsibility for replacing packages shipped to a Post Office Box address. The recipient's telephone number is required for PO Box shipments.
4. A.P.O./F.P.O Shipments
Sorry, we are unable to ship to A.P.O. or F.P.O. addresses.
5. Incorrect Delivery Addresses
Please provide us with the correct delivery address; we cannot be responsible for replacements in the case of misdirected shipments.
6. Order Now Through March 2010
We ship packages from November through March. Catalog prices are effective through March 2010.
7. UPS 2nd Day Air to Some States
To ensure the freshness and quality of all our products, packages delivered to the following states will be sent via UPS 2nd Day Air: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. We ship only to the continental United States - no shipments to Alaska or Hawaii. The additional charge for UPS 2nd Day Air delivery is reflected on the order form. You may choose UPS 2nd Day Air for any other state by entering your order in the 2nd Day Air column.
